16-32 oz spaghetti sauce

4 oz drained mushrooms

1 lb ground beef

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lb cottage or ricotta cheese

8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 T oregano

9 cooked GF lasagna noodles (could experiment with other types of GF noodles)

Saute beef and drain fat.  Stir in sauce, cottage cheese, oregano, mushrooms, salt and pepper.  Layer sauce, noodles, and cheese into 3 layers (starting with thin layer of sauce) in a 9 x 13 pan.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.  Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.  May microwave 12-15 minutes at medium high.
