About Me!

19 May

Hi, I’m Janelle!  I am a mom of 2 precious girls, age 7 and 15 months.  My oldest was diagnosed with celiac disease at age 3.  My youngest is (so far) healthy, but if she does have a problem with gluten, boy are we prepared!  My husband also has celiac disease, diagnosed much later in life.  We have been on our gluten free journey for 4 years now, and have learned a ton of tips and tricks along the way to share with you.  We hope to help make your lives just a little easier and, dare I say it, CHEAPER?

Janelle, Love the information. Thanks for the recipes too. I would like to try some of these, maybe even this week. I am so proud of you for how you have taken on the Gluten Free life. Bye friend.

    Dear Janelle,
I finally took time to check out your blog. You have done a wonderful job! I really enjoyed looking through all the information. I am wondering, is your gluten free flour mix the same as “Debbie’s GF Flour Mix”? Also, I am interested in the Swagbucks – I’ll take time to look at it more later.
Really helpful site! I’ll recommend it when I hear of people with gluten issues.
    Love, Mom

Hi, Janelle. I’ve been checking out your coupons ever since you stayed at our bed and breakfast. Thanks for the very nice note about that, by the way. This is the first time I have looked at your info. I am now gluten free, as well as our daughter, due to Hasamoto’s Thyroidism. Not so hard since I have been doing all the stuff for Tracy anyway. You do a wonderful job!

Thank you, Gail! We are so looking forward to coming back to visit you! Your place is TRULY beautiful. Best of luck with the GF diet! Hope all goes well for you. You are right, it isn’t too hard once you get used to it. I did try out your breakfast recipe, but made a royal flop of it. I think the cream of chicken soup really adds something that my GF substitute did NOT. It tasted nothing like yours, and we ended up throwing it out 😦 I’m going to try again, though.
